Alain Somia-Taulera Has an M.S. in civil engineering from the world's oldest engineering school, the PONTS & CHAUSSEES, and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).
He started out as Sales Manager of earth-moving equipment in France and West Africa for WESTINGHOUSE Air Brakes. He then joined the 3rd-ranking software firm in Europe, SEMA Group, where, as Manager of a business unit, he developed marketing information systems (MIS) for large mail-order and consumer goods companies. In 1973, he founded NOVACTION-DECIS, an affiliate of the l'OREAL Group, specializing in new product development and consulting. He founded two plants for rubber products near Paris and Bordeaux and, as CEO of BANDAG Ouest Rubber, managed the sales force and the coordination of the two plants from 1977 to 1981.
After selling his rubber interest, he created a joint venture between the British MIL Research and the French GSI, the 8th-ranking software firm in Europe, offering a new service in Europe : the monitoring of telecommunications and computer systems distribution and also hospital cost monitoring systems.
Since 1986, he has conducted Executive Search via two french firms. In 1989, he founded SOMIA PANTHOU BACCON & Partners which became ACES International.
He is active in most industrial sectors, with emphasis on High Tech, Utilities and Media and Entertainement.

Lucien Berthier Has an M.S in engineering from Arts et Métiers Paris and an MB.A. from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon. He began his career at BLACK & DECKER France (France) where he held several managing positions: Marketing and Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing before joingning the European Headquarters as European New Business Director in charge of Strategy.
He then built up his experience in Germany, Italy and Spain, as Divisional Manager at SOMMER-ALLIBERT, the leading manufacturing company for plastic equipment in Europe used in home appliances and the automotive industry.
As from 1993, he held a position of General Manager at JACOB DELAFON, a subsidiary of the Kohler company (USA) and the position of Chairman and C.E.O at RENE BRISACH till joingning ACES Internalional as a Partner.
Lucien Berthier specializes in World Class Manufacturing companies, Engineering and the Nuclear Services. he is also in charge of the European Automotive and Airspace practice.

She is a gratuate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and has a MSc in Economics and in Psychology. She is Professor of Finance at Science Po Paris.
She started out at CIBA-GEIGY as Auditor and Responsible for Consolidation. Later, she became Head of Finance and Market Research for the Speciality Chimical Division. Then, she joigned the European Headquarter of NEUTROGENA (JOHNSON and JOHNSON) for Financial Control and Reporting).
She is leading the Public Sector and Deregulated Bodies.
